📐 Resolution: For crisp, high-resolution printing, we recommend submitting artwork in 300 DPI or vector formats (.AI or .EPS). High-quality PDFs and PNG files also work well.
⚠️ Important: We can only print at the resolution of your submitted file. If your design appears blurry on-screen or in your proof, it will print the same way. To ensure the sharpest results, please provide print-ready artwork whenever possible.
🛑 Note: If Make sure any transparencies are flattened, and all fonts are converted to outlines (paths) before sending your artwork.

What You Should Know
Vinyl under a UV laminate
Printed on thick vinyl and finished with a protective laminate that resists sun, water, and scratches — 3–5 years outdoors before the print starts to fade.
- Finish: matte softens glare and takes marker; gloss lifts colour and contrast
- Indoors or out: the same build handles both; outdoors is what the laminate is for
- Removal: peels off cleanly without leaving residue behind
If standard vinyl will not grip what you are sticking it to — a textured surface, or a low-energy plastic — choose High-Tack, which is made for those.
Cut to your design or to a shape
Die cut follows the exact contour of your artwork, so the sticker is the design. Circle, square, rectangle, oval, and rounded corner are the classic shapes — rounded corners in particular resist the peeling that starts at a sharp point.
Kiss cut leaves the backing square with an easy-peel border around your design, which makes application quicker and gives you a margin you can brand.
Sticker size is measured by the cut line, not the file canvas. Send the artwork and we'll confirm the finished size on your proof.
What to order
Tell us the finished size you want and we'll cut to it. If you're not sure, our sticker size guide has a printable ruler so you can hold one against the surface first.

QR codes and barcodes cost nothing extra; sequential numbering runs a small setup fee.
When it arrives
Standard orders ship 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. Larger or more complex runs take 5–7. Rush is available for a fee.
