Your tracking number comes in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order ships. We ship by UPS and USPS, and the email names the carrier, so you know whose website to track it on. Until then there's nothing to track, because your order is still being proofed or printed.
Before it ships
An order goes through a few steps before a carrier ever sees it:
- Proof: we send your proof within 1 business day.
- Your approval: production starts when you approve the proof.
- Production: 3 to 5 business days for stickers and sheet labels, 4 business days for trade stickers, and 5 to 7 for roll labels.
- Shipping: the package goes to UPS or USPS, and your tracking number arrives by email.
If your order seems quiet, check whether a proof is waiting in your inbox. Trade stickers, stickers we design for you, and roll labels never print until you approve them, so an unanswered proof holds them up. See what happens if you don't reply to your proof. Your account lists your orders.
Reading the tracking
- Label created, or another "pre-shipment" status: the shipping label exists, but the carrier hasn't scanned the package yet. It changes once the carrier picks it up.
- No movement for a day or two: common in transit, especially over weekends and holidays.
- Held at customs: for Canadian orders, see what to do when your Canadian order is held at customs.
- Delivered, but it isn't there: see what to do when your package says delivered but isn't here.
Can't find the email?
The shipping email goes to the address you used at checkout. Search that inbox, including the spam and promotions folders. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number.
If tracking stops moving
If the tracking hasn't moved for several business days and the package was never marked delivered, contact us with your order number. We'll open a trace with the carrier, and decide what happens next once it reports back.

When it arrives
Stickers come bundled in bags, and roll labels come on rolls; see how your order will arrive. If anything is damaged or not what your proof showed, see what to do if your order arrived damaged or wrong.
