    HVAC Sticker Questions

    • How long do these stickers really last outdoors?

      3–5 years in direct sun and rain before the print starts to fade, and longer in shade. A UV-blocking laminate is what keeps the colors.

    • Can I write service dates on them with a marker?

      Yes, on the matte finish. Matte takes a Sharpie without beading; gloss does not, so choose matte if your techs write on them. Give the ink a moment to dry before you touch it.

    • Can you add QR codes, barcodes, or serial numbers?

      A QR code or barcode that's already in your file prints as part of it. Adding one, or numbering the stickers in sequence, is an artwork change: we can help, so reach out for a quote. Send numbers or data as a spreadsheet.

    • Will the adhesive wreck a painted or powder-coated cabinet?

      Not on smooth painted metal — it holds, and comes off later without lifting the finish. Powder-coated and textured cabinets give standard adhesive less to grip, so tell us the finish and we'll match the adhesive to it.

    • What is the smallest order I can place?

      50 of a design (100 on High-Tack vinyl or on a roll). Want to see it in hand first? Our 15 Custom Sticker Sample prints 15 of your own design on white vinyl, in matte or gloss.

    • Can you print maintenance tags with our logo and phone number?

      That's most of what we print. Send your logo and we'll set up a service tag with your branding, phone number, and space for the tech ID and next-service date. You approve a proof before anything goes on press.

    • How fast can I get them?

      Production takes 4 business days of production after you approve the proof, on vinyl or on a roll. Rush is available for a fee, chosen in your cart.
