Stickers and sheet labels ship 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof. Roll labels ship 5 to 7 business days after approval. Trade stickers (the hood cleaning and industry service templates) take 4 business days of production after approval, on vinyl or on a roll.
These are typical times, not guaranteed ones. Only Rush production is guaranteed. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting the holidays we're closed.
The clock starts at approval, not at checkout
You see a proof before anything goes on press, so the days are counted from your approval, not from the moment you paid. The proof arrives within 1 business day of your order.
If you order on Monday and approve on Monday, the clock starts Monday. A proof you leave until Thursday adds three days to your delivery date. Trade stickers, stickers we design for you, and roll labels never print until you approve them.
On other stickers, sheet labels, and Window Cling, if we haven't heard back from you 36 hours after we send the proof, we may go ahead and print what the proof shows. Reply, or ask us to hold it. See what happens if you don't reply to your proof.
If you're working to a deadline, approve quickly. It's the one part of the timeline that's entirely in your hands.
On sticker pages for White and High-Tack vinyl, you can also approve the optional "Live Sticker Proof" before checkout. That skips the emailed proof step and saves up to 1 day. See how to use the Live Sticker Proof.
What takes longer
- Roll labels ship 5 to 7 business days after approval, not 3 to 5.
- Artwork that needs work adds a round trip. If your file isn't print-ready, we fix it and show you what changed on the proof, and the clock starts when you approve that proof.
Then shipping on top
Production time isn't delivery time. Once your order ships, most orders arrive 1 to 5 business days later, depending on the shipping service and how far you are from us. We print in Durham, North Carolina.
You choose the shipping speed at checkout: standard, expedited, or overnight. Free shipping on orders $75+. See shipping options and delivery times.
In a hurry?
Rush is available for a fee. Rush shortens production, and overnight shipping shortens transit. They're two different things, and a tight deadline usually needs both. You choose Rush in your cart, where the production speed question shows the days for each speed. How much faster it is depends on the product. See getting your order faster.
If a date matters, tell us before you order. Same-day isn't a standard option, but it's sometimes possible. Ask us first, with your deadline.
Holding an order for a date
If you'd rather the order arrived on a particular day than as soon as it's ready, for an event or an opening, ask us before you order, and tell us the date.
If we run late
If your order is going to be late, we tell you as soon as we know, and we work out a fix with you.
Ordering the same thing again
An exact reorder of approved artwork, from "Order This Again" in your account, skips the proof round, even at a new quantity. Your approved artwork is already on file, so there's nothing to approve again. See how to reorder.
