Refund policy

We’re committed to ensuring you love every product you get from Stickymade. After you approve your proof, refunds are rare, but if something isn’t right, reach out—we’ll make it right.

What Our Policy Covers

✅ Product Quality Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products made from 300+ DPI artwork. Your order should match the artwork you submitted and meet our print standards. If it doesn’t, we’ll fix it.

✅ Accurate Orders
We ensure you receive the correct item, quantity, and product type as ordered.

✅ On-Time Production
We aim to produce and ship your order within the promised time frames. Once your order leaves our facility, however, delivery is managed by our shipping partners and may vary.


What Our Policy Does Not Cover

❌ Shipping Carrier Issues
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays, or lost packages are outside our control. If the tracking shows "Delivered," we consider the order successfully fulfilled. 

❌ Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Info
Please double-check your address during checkout. If your package is lost due to incorrect information, we're unable to issue refunds or reprints.

❌ Customer Delays
If we request new artwork or additional information and don’t hear back, we may need to place your order on hold. Production will resume once we have what we need.


Refunds, Reprints & Credits

🛠 Damaged or Defective Orders
If your stickers arrive damaged or have print defects, we’ll reprint them at no cost. We will require photos of the issue (the outside of the box, the opened box with all contents visible, any damaged items, and any additional photos that may help us assess the issue) so we can investigate, file a claim with shipping company, and improve our process.

🎨 Quality Concerns
If you believe your stickers don’t match your submitted design or are otherwise not up to par, please let us know. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a credit, refund, or free reprint. Files must be at least 300 DPI to qualify.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but hasn’t arrived, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local delivery office. Unfortunately, we can’t reimburse or replace orders marked as delivered.


30-Day Window

All refund or reprint requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order (based on carrier delivery confirmation). Requests made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
