Shipping policy

Where we ship: the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US territories) and Canada. We can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but it can delay your order, so a street address is best.

When it ships: stickers and sheet labels ship 3–5 business days after you approve your proof; roll labels 5–7; trade template products after 4 business days of production. Standard production times are typical, not guaranteed. Rush production is guaranteed and can be chosen when you order. Most orders arrive 1–5 business days after shipping, depending on the service.

How it ships: standard, expedited and overnight services by UPS or USPS; Canadian orders ship by UPS. Free shipping on US orders of $75 or more. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. For Canada, duties and taxes are collected at checkout.

Local pickup: available in Durham, NC. We’ll email you when your order is ready.

Addresses: if your order hasn’t shipped, contact us right away to change the address; once it ships, it can’t be changed. Packages lost because of an incorrect address can’t be refunded or reprinted.

Delivery problems: if a package is marked delivered but missing, please check with neighbors and your local delivery office; we can’t replace orders marked delivered. If a package is lost in transit, we’ll open a claim with the carrier. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
