What You Should Know
Your Design on One Easy-Peel Sheet
A sticker sheet is your artwork printed on one sheet — 4" × 6", 5" × 7", or 8.5" × 11" — and kiss-cut so the stickers peel off one at a time while the backing stays whole.
- Your Layout you design the whole sheet and send it as one file, and we print it the way you lay it out
- Stickers per Sheet up to 12 on 4" × 6", 16 on 5" × 7" and 30 on 8.5" × 11"; more than that, ask us for a quote
- Cut Lines haven't drawn them? We draw a kiss cut around each sticker, and you check it on your proof
- The Whole Sheet Prints the space around your stickers can carry a background, a pattern or your logo
A sheet posts flat and arrives undamaged, which makes it a good fit for mailers, retail, and small stickers that are fiddly to handle loose.
Vinyl Under a Laminate
Printed on durable vinyl with a protective laminate — scratch-resistant, weatherproof, and good for 3–5 years outdoors.

What to Order
Choose a sheet size — 4" × 6", 5" × 7", or 8.5" × 11" — and you'll see the finished sheet on your proof before it prints.
- Minimum 50 sheets
- Smallest Sticker 0.5" on its longest side; smaller is hard to cut cleanly and hard to peel
- One Layout per Order every sheet in an order is the same sheet; a different layout is a separate order
- Price set by size, quantity, and material — the calculator above gives the exact figure before you add to cart
- Samples see our samples to try one before a bigger order
- Bulk per-sheet cost drops steeply as the run grows; resellers with a permit and nonprofits with a 501(c)(3) can contact us about bulk pricing
Setting Up Your Sheet
Make your artboard the size of the sheet and place every sticker where you want it. We send a proof of the finished sheet, cut lines and all. If we haven't heard back from you 36 hours after we send it, your order moves ahead to print — so check it as soon as it arrives.
- Spacing at least 1/8" between stickers and 1/4" from each sticker to the sheet edge
- Background if your sheet has one, run it 0.06" past the edge on every side
- Resolution 300+ DPI at the printed size; we'll flag anything that won't hold up
- Files a PDF or AI file is best; if your file isn't print-ready we'll fix it and show you what changed
- No File Yet we can design it for a fee — reach out for a quote
