📐 Resolution: For crisp, high-resolution printing, we recommend submitting artwork in 300 DPI or vector formats (.AI or .EPS). High-quality PDFs and PNG files also work well.
⚠️ Important: We can only print at the resolution of your submitted file. If your design appears blurry on-screen or in your proof, it will print the same way. To ensure the sharpest results, please provide print-ready artwork whenever possible.
🛑 Note: If Make sure any transparencies are flattened, and all fonts are converted to outlines (paths) before sending your artwork.

What You Should Know
Durable vinyl that comes off cleanly
Printed on durable vinyl with a protective laminate — the standard White material suits most surfaces, and it holds tight while still peeling off without leaving residue behind. 3–5 years outdoors under the UV laminate.
- Laptops, tablets, notebooks, phones: stays put, comes off clean when you want a change
- Water bottles and coolers: handles splashes, condensation, and ice
- Bumpers, helmets, hard hats: weather and daily wear
- Boxes and packaging: survives the shipping network it travels through
For a textured surface or a low-energy plastic that standard vinyl struggles to grip, choose High-Tack instead — it is the material made for exactly that.
Size, shape, and placement
The surface decides the sticker. A laptop lid takes a bigger, bolder design than a phone; a bumper needs to read from a car length back; a water bottle curves, so a design that is tall rather than wide sits flatter.
- Apply to a clean, dry surface and press from the centre outwards
- Rounded corners resist the peeling that starts at a sharp point
- Die cut to your logo makes the sticker itself the shape of your brand
- QR codes print at no extra charge — point one at your booking page or review form

Sticker size is measured by the cut line, not the file canvas — we'll confirm the finished size on your proof before anything prints.

- Samples: a Sample Pack lets you check material and finish first
- Bulk: per-sticker cost drops steeply as the run grows; resellers with a permit and nonprofits with a 501(c)(3) can contact us about bulk pricing
