📐 Resolution: For crisp, high-resolution printing, we recommend submitting artwork in 300 DPI or vector formats (.AI or .EPS). High-quality PDFs and PNG files also work well.
⚠️ Important: We can only print at the resolution of your submitted file. If your design appears blurry on-screen or in your proof, it will print the same way. To ensure the sharpest results, please provide print-ready artwork whenever possible.
🛑 Note: If Make sure any transparencies are flattened, and all fonts are converted to outlines (paths) before sending your artwork.

What You Should Know
BOPP film, or paper for a natural look
Roll labels are printed on BOPP — a durable plastic film built for product packaging. It handles moisture, oils, and handling in a way paper cannot, which is why it suits skincare, candles, bottles, and anything that lives in a bathroom, kitchen, or fridge.
- BOPP: water-resistant and hard-wearing, the default for product labels
- Paper: a classic, organic texture for dry goods, handmade items, and shipping seals — more affordable, and the choice for eco-conscious brands
- Printing: high-definition, down to small-scale text and ingredient lists
Standard shapes or laser-cut to your design
Circle, square, rectangle, oval, and rounded corner cover most packaging. Rounded corners are worth choosing on anything handled often — they prevent the corner curl that starts a label peeling.
Die cut roll labels are laser-cut to the exact shape of your logo or design, so the label follows your brand rather than a stock shape.
Circles suit jars, lids, and curved packaging; squares and rectangles give you room for ingredient lists and regulatory text; ovals are the traditional choice for bottles and boutique goods.
What to order
Roll labels are the format for applying at volume, by hand or by machine. If you are labelling small batches by hand, sheet labels may suit you better — tell us your run and we'll say which is cheaper.
