Choose a Sticker Sheet for several stickers on one backing that you peel one at a time, laid out the way you design it. Choose a Sticker Pack for separate stickers, one of each design, in a bag with a header card. Both start at 25.
A sticker sheet
Sticker Sheets are your artwork kiss-cut onto one backing sheet. The blade goes through the vinyl but not the backing, so each sticker peels off on its own and the sheet stays whole.
They're good for:
- mailing flat, because a sheet goes in an envelope and arrives undamaged;
- retail, because a sheet is a finished product on its own, with nothing to bag;
- small stickers, which are fiddly to handle loose but easy on a sheet.
Sheets come in White, Clear, Holographic, and Chrome, in gloss or matte, and in 4" × 6", 5" × 7", or 8.5" × 11". The size you choose is the whole sheet, and you design the layout. On Clear, Holographic, and Chrome, you also choose where the white ink goes.
A sticker pack
Sticker Packs are several separate stickers supplied together. Each one is its own sticker, ordered the usual way, and the pack is how they're bundled: one of each sticker in a bag, with a header card. See how Sticker Packs work.
They're good for:
- handing out, because each sticker is already separate, so people can take one and pass the rest on;
- mixed sizes, because a pack can hold a big sticker and several small ones;
- bold silhouettes, because a die-cut sticker in your shape reads as your shape, with no backing border around it.

Setting up artwork for a sheet
You design the sheet, and we print it as you lay it out. Make your file the size of the sheet, place each sticker where you want it, and keep at least 1/8" between stickers and 1/4" from each sticker to the edge. The background can print across the whole sheet, running 0.06" past the edge.
A sheet holds up to 12 stickers on 4" × 6", 16 on 5" × 7", and 30 on 8.5" × 11", each at least 0.5" on its longest side. More than that is a quote. If you haven't drawn the cut lines, we add them, and your proof shows the finished sheet before anything prints.

Ordering
The minimum is 25 sheets for Sticker Sheets, and 25 packs for Sticker Packs, however many designs are in each. Both ship 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof. Rush is available for a fee.
