Which material for service stickers?
Standard Vinyl suits most equipment, High-Tack Vinyl holds on rough, textured, and powder-coated surfaces, and the roll options hand your techs one tag at a time. Then choose gloss, matte, or unlaminated.

Every service sticker gets a proof, and nothing prints until you approve it. Check the details that matter on a tag, request changes as often as you need, then approve.
Because the proof shows the sticker we will make, not the file you sent: the cut line and border are added, a background or drawn-in border may be taken off, white ink is placed on clear and specialty films, and the size is measured on the cut. Here is each change, and how to ask for it differently.
Yes, but stickers and roll labels have different laminates. Gloss stickers take Sharpie, and pen to a degree; matte stickers take ballpoint as well as permanent marker. Vinyl sheet labels are the same as stickers. On roll labels, write on matte, with pen or Sharpie; writing on a gloss roll label scratches off with a fingernail. Unlaminated paper takes pen.
Almost always because of the surface, not the sticker: dust or oil, cold or damp, a textured or powder-coated finish, a hard-to-bond plastic, a curve too tight for the size, or water too soon. Find what you're seeing below for the fix.
Your tracking number comes in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order ships, and the email names the carrier, UPS or USPS. Before that there's nothing to track, because your order is still being proofed or printed.
Yes. Clean stainless steel is one of the easiest surfaces for a sticker, and standard vinyl holds well on it. Degrease the spot first, and make sure it's bare steel: powder-coated bottles are a different surface.
You choose standard, expedited, or overnight shipping at checkout. We ship by UPS and USPS, and most orders arrive 1 to 5 business days after they ship. Free shipping on orders $75+ to US addresses.
Choose White Plastic BOPP for anything that meets moisture, oil, condensation, or a lot of handling. Choose White Satin Paper for dry goods, a paper feel, or labels you write on with a pen. Paper is also the more affordable of the two.
