Every service sticker, inspection tag, and hood cleaning tag gets a proof, and nothing prints until you approve it. We set your tag up with your company's details, send you the proof, and wait for your answer.

Where the proof comes from

The proof arrives by email within 1 business day of your order, with a link that opens it. Tick "Also text me my proof link" in the cart, and you get the link by text as well, which helps if you order from the truck.

Anyone with the link can approve the proof or ask for changes, so you can forward it to the office or to whoever owns the logo.

What to check on a service tag

A proof is the last look before a few hundred tags go out on equipment, so read it as your customer would:

The phone number and website, digit by digit. It's the line that earns the callback.
The company name, license number, and any certification marks.
The fields your techs fill in, such as the date, initials, and next service. Make sure they're big enough to write in by hand. See writing on stickers and labels.
The numbering, if your tags are numbered: the first and last number, and how they're formatted.
Each QR code. Scan it from the proof with your phone.
The size, against where the tag goes on the unit.

Asking for changes

Write what to change in the "Notes for us" box on the proof page, then press "Request Changes". We send a new proof, and you can ask for as many rounds as you need. Sometimes a proof comes with Option A and Option B. Read the note under each and pick the one you want.

When it prints

Production starts when you approve, not when you check out. Checkout places a hold on your card, and the charge is taken when you approve the proof. Trade products take 4 business days of production after approval, and shipping time comes on top. See how long your order takes.
