A dated test tag is attached to the assembly after each test, and it typically records the device type, the test date, the result, the tester's name, and the corresponding test report number. Formats are set locally and vary between water authorities — send us the layout your jurisdiction issues and we'll print exactly that.

Service tags usually run 2 to 4 inches — room for your license number, phone, and a writable date field. For a narrow pipe or a valve body, tell us the surface and we'll lay it out to fit.
