What You Should Know
Legible Where It Is Mounted
Vinyl with a UV-blocking laminate: 3–5 years outdoors on a disconnect or meter base before the print starts to fade.
- Finish matte reads better under a work light with no glare
- Surfaces panel doors and interiors, meter cans, disconnects, junction boxes
- Marker matte takes pen if you initial or date your labels
Arc Flash, Panel Directories, and Service Tags
We print to the layout you supply, word for word.

The values on an arc flash label come from your incident-energy study, not from us. Send the study output or the layout you need and we'll reproduce it exactly. We won't substitute our own wording on a safety label.
What to Order
Arc flash labels are usually sized by the standard or study you're working to; your own branded service stickers run 2 to 4 inches. Send the layout and we'll match the dimensions exactly.
- Minimum 50 of a design (100 on High-Tack vinyl or on a roll)

Send your logo and we'll set the template up in your brand colors. A proof comes back to you first, every time — nothing goes on press until you say so.
