FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

How long do these stickers really last outdoors?

3–5 years in direct sun, rain, or rooftop melt-your-boots heat. We laminate with UV-blocking film so colors won’t ghost out before the unit itself retires.

Can I write service dates on them?

Absolutely. Choose our matte or gloss finish; Sharpies scribble like butter and the ink won’t bead up. Give the ink a moment to dry before touching.

Can you add QR codes, barcodes, or variable serial numbers?

QR and barcodes—yes, no up-charge. Sequential numbering—yep, small setup fee. Just send the data spreadsheet.

Are the stickers fire rated?

Yes! Our stickers meet ASTM E-84-17 Class A Fire Rating

Will they survive pool chemicals, degreasers, or coil cleaner?

Yes. Vinyl + solvent-based inks + chemical-resistant over-laminate = “bring it on.”

Will the adhesive ruin painted or powder-coated surfaces?

Nope. We use a medium-tack or options high-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to bond firmly yet remove cleanly from most OEM finishes. On fresh paint (<30 days) or baked-on powder coat we still recommend a quick spot test—because lawyers.

High-Tack Custom Electrical Panel Stickers & Service Labels

For professional electricians, the service panel is the heart of the job. It is also the first place a homeowner looks when the power goes out. Stickymade manufactures custom electrical service stickers designed to adhere permanently to the powder-coated metal and textured surfaces of breaker boxes and load centers. Unlike standard paper labels that dry out and fall off in hot garages or damp basements, our industrial vinyl panel labels feature a stong adhesive or optional high-tack adhesive that ensures your brand stays attached to the equipment for decades.

NEC Compliant & Safety Warning Labels Safety and compliance are non-negotiable in the electrical trade. We provide professional templates for service panel upgrades, generator installations, and safety inspections. Our stickers are designed to help you meet National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements for equipment identification. From "Main Disconnect" labels to voltage warnings and Arc Flash safety stickers, Stickymade ensures your work looks authoritative and passes inspection every time.

The "Power Outage" Marketing Strategy When a breaker trips or a circuit fails, customers don't have time to search online. They go straight to the panel. If your branded emergency service sticker is placed on the inside door or the front cover, you are the guaranteed call. Our templates allow you to display your logo, 24/7 emergency number, and website prominently. We replace the generic manufacturer labels with custom electrical branding that proves you "own" the maintenance of that system.

Writeable Service Logs for Panel Upgrades Whether you are performing a heavy-up, installing an EV charger, or servicing a standby generator, documenting your work is essential. Our electrical service record decals feature a smudge-proof matte finish that is easy to write on with a permanent marker. Log the date of installation, technician initials, and system voltage directly on the unit. This professional touch builds trust and creates a clear service history that keeps customers coming back to you for future upgrades.
