Look around your property and ask your neighbors, then give it until the end of the next business day. If it still hasn't turned up, contact the carrier's local office. We can't replace a package the carrier has marked delivered, so the carrier is the one who can find it.
Where to look
- Around the property: porches, side and back doors, the garage, behind planters, and inside the mailbox or a parcel locker.
- With neighbors, in case it went to the wrong door.
- At the front desk, mailroom, or reception, if you live in an apartment building or it went to an office.
- With anyone else at the address who might have brought it inside.
- On the tracking page. Some carriers show a delivery photo or a note saying where the package was left.
Give it a day
Packages are sometimes scanned as delivered shortly before they arrive, and sometimes left at a nearby address by mistake. If it still hasn't turned up by the end of the next business day, contact the carrier's local office with the tracking number and ask them to check where it was left: your post office if it came by USPS, or UPS if it came by UPS. Your shipping email names the carrier.
What we can and can't do
Under our refund policy, we can't reimburse or replace an order the carrier has marked delivered. Once a package is marked delivered, finding it is between you and the carrier.
Still let us know, with your order number, if it doesn't turn up. If you need the order again, an exact reorder of artwork you've approved skips the proof round and goes straight to production. See how to reorder.
Never marked delivered?
That's different. If the tracking has stopped moving and never says delivered, contact us with your order number, and we'll open a trace with the carrier. See how to track your order.
Next time
If packages tend to go missing where you are, ship to a workplace, a building with a front desk, or another address where someone can take the package in.
