My stickers turned out awesome! Definitely will reorder over, and over. Thanks for the flawless work.
I sent the logo and asked them to change a color, when I got the proof back they basically customized all the colors to match my logo. It turned out great! Thank you! - also fast turnaround
I’m am thoroughly happy and impressed with how the sticker came out. Only thing is you can’t really discern how it’ll actually come out with the sample picture. My phone number is too small and not visible much. If there was an actual size sample picture it’ll be easier to see how it’ll come out. And I would’ve made the needed andjustments. Other than that it is great!!!
Awesome!
Quick Fast & Professional We Will Be Back
I wish there were more stars to give. I was looking to get 2026 commercial service hood stickers and tried for several weeks getting a hold of the company thatI have used for 15 year without any luck. Finally got on line with StickyMade and started a chat with them. Within an hour my stickers were printing and shipped the same afternoon. This was Friday Jan 9th and today Monday Jan 12th the stickers were at my front door. Great people and the care they take is amazing.

THE DETAILS
What You Should Know
Built for a Grease-Laden Hood
Printed on vinyl with a UV-blocking laminate, the same build that holds up 3–5 years outdoors. In a kitchen, the job is grease, steam, and repeated cleaning rather than sun.
- Finish matte, so a tech can write the cleaning date without the ink beading up
- Laminate takes routine wipe-downs without the print lifting
- Surfaces stainless canopies, painted duct, and access panels
What a Hood Sticker Records
A hood cleaning sticker records each visit on the hood itself. These templates have room for:
- The date of service
- The name of the person who did the work
- The service company's name, address, and phone number
- Any areas not cleaned
These templates lay those fields out to stay readable on a canopy, with your company details preprinted and the rest writable on site. Add a QR code that points to your full service report, and your customer can find it without calling you.
If your area expects a particular layout, send it to us and we'll set the template up to match it on your proof.
What to Order
Canopy labels usually run 3 to 5 inches so the cleaning date reads without climbing. If you're labeling duct access panels as well, a 2-inch version of the same design is a common pairing.
- Minimum 50 of a design on vinyl (100 on plastic or polyester rolls)
- Price set by size, quantity, and material — the calculator above gives the exact figure before you add to cart, no quote request
- Samples see our samples to try one before a full run
- Bulk per-sticker cost drops steeply as the run grows; resellers with a permit and nonprofits with a 501(c)(3) can contact us about bulk pricing
Nothing Prints Until You Approve It
Send your logo and we'll set the template up in your brand colors. A proof comes back to you first, every time — nothing goes on press until you say so.
- Artwork at 300+ DPI prints best; we'll flag anything that won't hold up
- If your file isn't print-ready we'll fix it and show you exactly what changed
- No print-ready file at all? Tell us what you need — the design work is the First Order Design Fee under Sticker Design
- Need a QR code, barcode or sequential numbering added? We can help — reach out for a quote
Most hood cleaners order one design per service type — annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly — so the interval is obvious at a glance.
When It Arrives, and the Next Run
Production takes 4 business days after you approve the proof, on vinyl or on a roll. Need it sooner? Choose Rush in your cart, where the production speed question shows the days for each speed.
- Free shipping on orders $75+
- Standard, expedited, and overnight options at checkout
- Printed in Durham, North Carolina and shipped nationwide
Your approved artwork stays on file. Use Reorder in the top menu and a repeat run of hood cleaning stickers skips the proof round entirely — a couple of clicks and it's on press.
