Yes. You can place your order without artwork and email the file to us when it's ready.
How it works
- Choose your product, size, material, and quantity as usual, and place the order without uploading a file.
- When the artwork is ready, email it to team@stickymade.com with your order number. If the file is over 25MB, send a link to it (from Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer) instead of an attachment.
- We set the file up for print and send you a proof.
- You approve the proof, and production starts.
If the finished artwork needs a different size or shape from the one you ordered, say so when you send it.
What it means for timing
Your order is on hold until we have the artwork. The production clock starts when you approve your proof. Stickers and sheet labels ship 3 to 5 business days after that, and roll labels 5 to 7 business days. Ordering early doesn't make the order arrive sooner, but sending the file early does.
Without a file, you can't use the optional "Live Sticker Proof" on the product page, because it needs an uploaded file. You'll see your sticker for the first time on the proof we email.
Not sure the file is good enough?
Send what you have. If the file isn't print-ready, we fix it and show you what changed on the proof. See which file types to send for what works best.
No artwork at all?
If you have an idea but no file, the Custom Designed Sticker is where we design it for you. It carries a First Order Design Fee, shown on the product page. A rough sketch, a photo of an old sticker, or a sentence describing the idea is enough to start. See what our design help covers.
