Can every sticker have a different name on it?
Yes. That's variable data printing, and place cards and favor stickers are exactly what it's for. Adding names is an artwork change, so reach out for a quote, and send the names in a spreadsheet, one row each. Design for the longest name, not the first: if the space fits "Ana" but the list runs to "Christopher", the long ones won't fit. A different name on every favor has more.
How many do I have to order?
25 of a design, and a run with a different name on each sticker counts as one design. The price per sticker drops steeply as the run grows, so 150 favors cost far less each than 25 do. If we design the sticker for you, the minimum is 50.
Will they stick to favor boxes, bags, and jars?
Yes, on most. Standard vinyl handles smooth cardstock, glass, and most plastics. Rough kraft paper and textured cardstock are where adhesive struggles, and High-Tack Stickers are the answer there: the same print with a much stronger grip.
Can I get something more special than a plain sticker?
Yes. Clear Stickers look printed straight onto glass. Holographic Stickers shift through the rainbow as they move, Chrome Stickers have a mirror finish, and Glitter Stickers sparkle across the whole sticker.
On all four films, bold artwork works best, because fine detail competes with the film underneath. Photographs don't show these materials well, so it's worth holding one. Our Sample Pack, coming soon, will have all six sticker materials, these four films included. Until then, a small first run shows you the film. The 15 Custom Sticker Sample prints on white vinyl only.
How far ahead should I order?
Stickers ship 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof, plus shipping time. The clock starts at approval, not at checkout, so approve quickly if a date matters. Rush is available for a fee if you've left it late. Wedding sticker materials and timing has more.
Can you help if I don't have a designer?
Yes. If your file isn't print-ready, we'll fix it and show you what changed. If you have no file at all, tell us what you want, and we'll design it as a Custom Designed Sticker, with a design fee shown on the product page.
We send a proof first. A sticker we design for you never prints until you approve it. For your own file, if we haven't heard back 36 hours after we send the proof, we may go ahead and print what it shows, so reply, or ask us to hold it.
What size should favor stickers be?
Most favor and envelope seals are between 1.5" and 2.5". Hold a ruler against the box or the jar before you decide: a number on a screen isn't a size in your hand, and most people's first guess is too small.
