No. We're on press Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern, so your order is made and sent out on those days. Nothing ships on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a holiday when we're closed. Weekends and holidays don't count toward production. Once your order ships, UPS or USPS decides whether it moves or delivers on a weekend or holiday.
Production counts business days
Production starts when you approve your proof, and it's counted in business days:

Approve a sticker proof on a Thursday, and it ships between the following Tuesday and Thursday. A holiday in that stretch adds a day. These standard times are typical, not guaranteed. How long your order takes walks through the whole timeline.

Ordering on a weekend
You can order any time. Your proof arrives within 1 business day, so an order placed on a Friday evening gets its proof by Monday.
Answer your proof even if it arrives just before a weekend. On most sticker products and sheet labels, if we haven't heard back 36 hours after we send the proof, we may go ahead and print what it shows. Those are plain clock hours, nights and weekends included: a proof sent at 4 PM on Friday reaches 36 hours at 4 AM on Sunday. Reply, or ask us to hold it. Weekend and holiday delivery
Carriers set their own weekend and holiday schedules, so we can't promise weekend delivery. Most orders arrive 1 to 5 business days after they ship, depending on the service you choose at checkout. A parcel that shows no movement over a weekend or a holiday is normal. See how to track your order.
