Can we tag laptops, tablets, and equipment with asset numbers?
Yes. Every asset tag can carry the same design with its own number or barcode, printed in one run. Our prices are for print-ready artwork, and adding numbering, QR codes, or barcodes is an artwork change. We can help, so reach out for a quote. For plain sequential numbers, tell us the first number, and we count up from it for the quantity you order. Otherwise, send the numbers as a spreadsheet, one row per tag. Will they come off a school laptop without damaging it?
Yes. Our standard white vinyl peels off cleanly without leaving residue, which is what you want on equipment that gets reissued. If a tag needs to resist removal, High-Tack Stickers hold far harder than standard vinyl, but they're harder to remove and can leave residue.
Will they survive water bottles, lockers, and backpacks?
Yes. Vinyl with a protective laminate is weatherproof and resists scratches, and indoors very little works against it. Our stickers are dishwasher safe too, once they've had 48 hours to set. Can we order a small run for one club or department?
Yes. The minimum is 25 of a design, so one team, club, or department can order on its own. The price per sticker drops steeply on a campus-wide run.
Do you make spirit and giveaway stickers as well as asset tags?
Yes. Die Cut Stickers are cut to your shape, and they're the ones people keep and stick on things. Kiss Cut Stickers sit on a larger backing, which makes them easy to hand out at an event, and the backing around the sticker can carry your logo. Die-cut or kiss-cut explains the difference.
Can staff write on them?
Yes. Choose matte, which takes a ballpoint pen as well as a permanent marker. Gloss takes a permanent marker too, but a pen only to a degree.
How quickly can we get them?
Stickers ship 3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof. Rush is available for a fee. An exact reorder of approved artwork skips the proof round, which helps when you order the same stickers each term.
