Yes, we ship to Canada by UPS. Your order is proofed and printed on the same schedule as a US order, and duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so you don't pay them to UPS when the package arrives.
Free shipping on orders $75+ is for US addresses only, so Canadian orders pay for UPS shipping, shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Production is the same wherever you are: stickers and sheet labels ship 3 to 5 business days after you approve your proof, and roll labels 5 to 7. Transit to Canada takes longer than within the US, because the package clears Canadian customs on the way. The shipping options for your address show at checkout.
Duties and taxes are paid at checkout
Checkout works out the duties and taxes on your order, including any surtax that applies, and you pay them along with your order. Nothing is owed to UPS for them on delivery. See whether you'll pay duties and taxes.
UPS will ask for a Power of Attorney
Paying duties up front doesn't remove the customs paperwork. UPS still asks Canadian customers to sign a Power of Attorney so it can clear the parcel for them. UPS emails you the form, and the package waits at the border until it's signed, so look out for that email once your order ships. See why UPS asks for a Power of Attorney.
If you'd rather not sign, you can clear the parcel yourself with UPS and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) instead. That's arranged between you and UPS, and you don't need to tell us.
If the paperwork isn't completed
A parcel that can't clear customs is held, returned, or abandoned. Under our Terms of Service (section 21), that isn't grounds for a refund or a replacement.
If your package is stuck
A hold at the border usually means UPS is waiting on your signature or on some information from you. See what to do when your Canadian order is held at customs.
