Your account lists your orders and invoices. It shows your orders, with "Order This Again" on each one, and your invoices, paid or still to pay. Sign in with the email address you ordered with. See how to see your orders and proofs.
Your order confirmation email is also your receipt. We send it when you check out, and it has your order number, what you ordered, and the order total. To find it, search your inbox, including the spam and promotions folders, for "Stickymade".
Need a copy?
Contact us with your order number, or the email address you ordered with, and tell us what you need it for. If it's for your company's accounts, say what has to be on it.
If the amount looks different
Checkout places a hold on your card, and the charge is taken when your order is approved for production, which is usually when you approve your proof. A pending hold isn't a second charge.
If you changed your order before approving and the price moved, the difference was settled separately: a "Pay Now" link if it cost more, or a refund of the difference if it cost less. Need one final figure for your records? Ask us. How you can pay explains holds and charges.
Invoices for businesses
- Paying by invoice: if your business needs one, ask us. We send an invoice, and you pay it by card.
- Quotes: a larger or unusual order can start as a quote, which arrives as a link you can pay from. See how to get a quote.
- Purchase orders: we may accept a purchase order with net terms, paid by check or ACH. Ask us before you order.
